These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k44 ("k44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://k44.games and all associated subdomains, mobile browser experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• The account holder is a minor or has misrepresented their age or identity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to k44, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed by k44 for cause, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances unrelated to bonus misuse will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required investigation.

All financial transactions on k44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. k44 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise altered in a way that affects the validity of a market, k44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to k44 support immediately.
